Mohamed shares his life growing up in Morocco, born with PFD, and how the hospital told his parents just to take him home and care for him.  Mohamed shares how watching his friends in PE for 5 years was devastating, knowing he was happiest when he was active. He was able to get fitted for a cycling leg at the age of 24.  He lights up as he talks about his first triathlon experience and being around other amputees. With the support of the Challenged Athlete Foundation, he was able to have shared experiences that would change his life in sport forever. Mohamed’s story is inspiring, while he brings a sense of humor to his journey that you won’t want to miss.  In his first triathlon, he did the entire run portion on crutches…today, he shares about how the Challenged Athlete Foundation (CAF) brought him to the infamous Wildflower finish line, which he shared with his family.

Listen to the Podcast to find out: how he always comes back to be surrounded by this incredible community that once shared a much-needed baby diaper with him.
