Wildflower is not just a race, it’s a full weekend festival that offers: live entertainment, wine tasting featuring local favorites, celebration beer garden, 3 expo venues for the latest and greatest in training gear, race clinics presented by top professionals, movie under the stars, campfire antics, and more.

Besides being open to the public and hosting a new Wellness Area, every participant visits the Expo area while picking up their race packets before their race day. Exhibitor Setup: 9 am – 11 am on Friday. (possible Thursday setup available, but by appointment only)

Expo Hours:

• Friday: Noon – 6 pm
• Saturday: 7 am – 6 pm
• Sunday: 7 am – 4 pm
• Exhibitor Teardown and Loadout: Sunday at 4 pm
• Soft Teardown: 3 pm – 4 pm*

* – During Soft Teardown, exhibitors may dismantle their booth, taking trash and recycling to receptacles, etc. Exhibitors are required to stay within their purchased expo space during Soft Tear Down. Road Closures are in effect for Vehicle traffic in the Expo until 4 pm or until the road is safe for vehicles and runners.

• 10 x 10 booth comes with (1) table, (2) chairs
• Additional services available at checkout i.e. electricity, canopy tent etc
• Larger activation footprints available.
• A Day-Use Vendor Parking Pass for a single vehicle (which expire at 8 pm each day)
  All vehicles in the park after 8 pm must have a camping pass.

Exhibitors need to be parked in Lynch Lower Parking Lot by 7 am, as the road on Lynch Hill closes 1 hour earlier to vehicle traffic due to the number of bikes on the road.
