Are you getting ready to crush your first Wildflower but starting to feel those first-race jitters? The Wildflower First-Timers 12-Week Virtual Training Program is specifically designed to transform that intimidation into unshakable confidence through a guided, community-focused experience. Led by USA Triathlon Certified coaches and veteran ambassadors, this comprehensive program goes beyond a simple workout plan; it offers virtual course previews, expert-led sessions on gear and nutrition, and a supportive network of fellow athletes who are all embarking on their first Wildflower journey together.

Our 12-week curriculum provides the “insider knowledge” you need to arrive at Lake San Antonio feeling prepared and connected. From mastering the legendary bike hills to navigating the unique festival and camping atmosphere, we ensure that by the time you reach the start line, you aren’t just a participant—you are part of the Wildflower family. Stop guessing and start training with purpose so that your first finish line is as empowering as the race itself.

This program isn’t just about fitness—it’s about belonging. Athletes train together, learn together, and experience Wildflower before they ever toe the start line.
