Power Yoga/Vinyasa is a 60-minute flowing sequence of postures designed to promote and emphasize upper and lower body strength.  Also known as Vinyasa yoga, this all-levels class is a dynamic combination of strength, flexibility, stabilization, stamina, cardio, and concentration.

Barre – The signature method uses your own body weight, the ballet barre, and a few props to create a transformative workout that results in long, lean sculpted muscles.

Sculpt is a heart-pumping class that’s sure to make you sweat, smile and transform.  We take yoga asanas and incorporate body weight resistance, cardio and high-intensity interval training, all to maximize your calorie burn as well as cultivate presence in your mind.  The music is bumpin’, and the moves will help you tap into the incredible strength living inside of you.

Detox Yoga Flow is an invigorating yoga asana sequence, which is also highly detoxifying, geared for all levels. With a combination of Hatha poses for a strong skeleton and Vinyasa poses for a faster-paced class. This practice helps to develop balance, coordination, and strength while improving flexibility, toning the muscles, joints, and spine.

Gentle Yoga is a hidden gem of a yoga style. Not only is it appropriate for a wide spectrum of practitioners, contrary to popular belief, a gentle class isn’t necessarily an “easy” one. It does move at a slow and steady pace. Asanas are primarily floor-based, reclined or seated with few, if any, standing poses.

Fusion Pilates will work to balance all muscle groups’ strength and flexibility, with an emphasis on challenging the core muscles with each movement. … Pilates mat is a challenging yet safe method to sculpt your body and to feel increased agility in your everyday movements fused with all the benefits of the yoga practice.

HIIT Pilates: High-intensity interval training, Pilates class focused on structure and alignment.  For all levels.

Kids Yoga! Through this class, kids will have the opportunity to develop strength, balance, and coordination.  We will learn yoga alignment and Sanskrit names, touch on yoga philosophy and explore meditation as a tool for inner calm and self-acceptance.  Through fun yoga flows and sharing circles, we will be cultivating healthy body image, confidence, and gratitude.
