I first raced Wildflower in 2010 and loved the challenge of the course combined with the fun atmosphere, camping, and just being out in the middle of nowhere! I’ve raced long course 5 times, including some years as a pro triathlete. I’ve coached athletes for both long-course and Olympic since 2011 and have always enjoyed the race weekend vibes as both a coach and an athlete. Due to a long journey in trying to start a family, I haven’t really raced triathlons since 2018. As the proud Mama of a 2-year-old daughter, I’m excited to race the 20K Trail Run, have my daughter do the Kids Race, and cheer on my husband while he races. I’ll also be coaching of my Total Intensity Sports athletes on race weekend, so it will be a fun weekend for us all.
