Whether you’re lining up at the start line or cheering from the sidelines, there’s a yoga class at Wildflower made just for you. For a triathlon-focused festival, athletes need yoga sessions that help them perform better, recover faster, and stay injury-free. That’s exactly what the yoga lineup has been built around.

Pre-Race Sessions

Our flow-based activation sessions are designed to wake up the body without overexerting yourself. Expect dynamic movement, joint mobility, and light activation that primes your muscles, improves range of motion, and settles race-day nerves. Short, energizing, and perfectly timed before your wave starts.

Post-Race Recovery & Mobility

After the swim, the bike, and the run, your body deserves some love. Our recovery sessions guide you through a slow, deep stretch focused on the areas athletes need most (hips, hamstrings, calves, lower back, and shoulders). Pair that with breathwork, and you’ve got a powerful tool for reducing soreness, rebuilding flexibility, and speeding up your recovery.

Not racing? You’re still invited! Our Feel-Good Yoga classes are easy, pressure-free, and open to everyone, from kids to grandparents. No experience necessary, just show up and move. We’re also offering Family Yoga and Partner Yoga sessions with playful poses, interactive movements, and the kind of shared experience that makes a festival weekend unforgettable.

Throughout the weekend, these free yoga classes are included with festival entry. Come turn stress into strength and loosen those tight muscles. Wildflower isn’t just a race, it’s a weekend to feel good in your body.
