“The Hills are different here in California” shares Mallory after her race, but she got pretty excited for the rest of the hills when she made it up Lynch Hill right out of transitions without stopping. Hear about how her and Trevor trained in Central Park and along the New Jersey coast. They talk about how signing up for a triathlon is such a great way to build endurance and challenge you in so many ways. Trevor also shares his first Olympic distance race experience while they laugh at Mallory’s first camping (well, glamping…) experience. Trevor and Mallory also geek out on bike brands and how classic older bikes are a great option.
