While we feel it’s important to stay true to our roots and keep your Wildflower Experience special, we are now able to offer some upgraded camping/lodging alternatives.  Whether you are traveling without camping gear, want the comforts of home or just love the idea of a complete VIP experience our new partnerships are sure to make your Wildflower Experience one that you will remember for years to come. General Camping passes are sold as per-person passes. They can be purchased for any nights between Thursday and Sunday for General Camping areas in the park. These passes are good for tent camping, joining someone else who has purchased a Premium Upgrade, or for use with self-contained recreational vehicles (generators are allowed outside of quiet hours) at non-electrical hook-up sites. Those wishing to stay over Sunday night and depart on Monday will also need to purchase the Monday Departure (Per Person Add-on) during registration.

General Camping spots are on a first-come, first-served basis and include your festival fees. Arrive early for the best camping locations. Many of the campsites have picnic tables, and there is always a fire pit nearby. Water Refill Stations, portable restrooms, and shower units are centrally located throughout the camping areas with scheduled cleanings.

This per-person rate allows you to book now and plan vehicles and drivers later.  As long as everyone in your car has a camping pass, there are no additional charges! Ages 15 and under = free.

Electrical Hook-up Upgrade sites (Thursday – Sunday)  •  LIMITED AVAILABILITY

Do you have an RV/Trailer and need an electrical hookup site? Then this is the upgrade for you.

You can choose either Redonda Vista campground or Harris Creek campground during registration. This upgrade is not valid for Lynch sites, which are restricted to Sponsors, Exhibitors, and Staff.

Upon arrival, you will be able to set up camp at one of the limited electrical hookup sites in the campground you choose when registering. These spaces are very limited.

Electrical RV Hook-up Upgrades are good for Thursday – Sunday camping. Every individual (16+ y/o) will need to purchase their own General Camping pass.

Our Wildflower Staff will be working closely with all registered Triathlon Teams & Clubs, with over 45 paid members attending the event for the weekend, to find sufficient group camping areas to accommodate the group. Teams & Clubs must register their members for camping by February to qualify for this benefit.

Group areas do not include full hook-up sites, so these groups will need to bring self-contained RV / Trailer units.

Members should register for General Camping passes and must indicate their Club/Team/Group affiliation through the camping registration system.

Redonda Vista Bell Tents (Thursday – Sunday)  •  LIMITED (30)

Centrally located in Redonda Vista, our glamping accommodations offer a stress-free way to enjoy the Wildflower Experience weekend. Our spacious furnished canvas tents offer a cozy option for those who want to camp comfortably and in style. You’ll have everything you need to relax and recharge after a day of cheering, racing, and exploring the festival areas. There’s no doubt you will wake refreshed and ready to take on Wildflower. Bell tents are cozy, intimate spaces with personality, warmth and thoughtful touches. Let us do all the work of pitching, styling and packing down so that you have more time to relax.

Includes: One Queen bed or 2 twin beds (with sheets and duvet), side table, battery powered lantern, and area rug. Community fire pits are available for shared bell tent campers to use. (Not provided: Camping supplies / BBQs / Electrical device charging / etc.)

VIP Experience (Friday – Sunday)  •  LIMITED AVAILABILITY

When registering for camping/day use passes, upgrade to the VIP Experience. Cross packing those 2 extra coolers just to hold all of your food, and instead, come into the VIP Tent and indulge on the exceptionally prepared meals starting with lunch Friday and finishing up with lunch on Sunday. Watch the swim start with limited exclusive access to the swim dock and with great access to views around the festival and the event site. And make sure not to miss out on the VIP Happy Hour on Saturday evening!

Just joining us for the day? This Day Use Pass lets you explore the Wildflower Festival for a one day and participate or spectate the events, yoga classes, live music on the main stage, wellness clinics, and enjoy the full expo experience.

Sold on a per-person basis, this pass is good for attending the event during daylight hours.

This pass also covers the required fees for the Monterey County Water Resource Agency (WRA) and the County of Monterey.

Required for those having a RV delivered to Wildflower, this pass allows you to have your RV delivered before your arrival to a camping spot and have it picked up either Sunday after 5 PM or on Monday after the event.

When arranging for your RV rental service to drop off your rental provide them this pass and information on where they should drop off your RV.

This pass covers the required fees for the Monterey County Water Resource Agency (WRA) and the County of Monterey.

Want to stay at the park until Monday (depart by 2 PM) after the event? Add this option to your registration on a per-person basis.

When searching for a vacation rental look in Bradley, Oak Shores, Lake Nacimiento, BeeRock, Bryson,or Paso Robles.  One of the nearest options is Oak Shores, a gated community located on the North Shore of Lake Nacimiento, just 8 miles from the event site.

Lake San Antonio is about one hour from either King City or Paso Robles. Once you reach the lake it may take from twenty minutes to an hour to get to the race site. Plan ahead. You can never arrive too early but you won’t want to be late. Parking is limited near the transition area. Triathletes on Saturday will be directed to park at an upper parking lot and walk or ride their bike and gear down the hill (1-2 miles) so come prepared.

Refunds

Refunds on Bell Tents are only available until February 1st. We highly encourage you to add Active Refund insurance during registration to safeguard your purchase.

Refunds are allowed for all other Camping Passes with Premium Upgrades and General Camping Passes for a nominal administration charge and must be processed through your Active MyEvents Account no later than April 1st. Refunds before April 1st will have an administration fee of $25.

Weather

There is NO rain date. The event will continue rain or shine. Of course, severe weather conditions are out of our hands. There will be no refunds or deferrals of camping fees. Each participant must accept any such risk of their camping fee paid. There is no complimentary camping entry to a future event. All monies collected are used to develop and produce the event, including all park and camping event supplies, staffing, and administration. We pledge to make every effort to create a safe and exciting event for all. All decisions regarding camping availability will be based on the overall event safety.

Transfers

Reselling your Camping Pass is not permitted. You may not sell your Camping Pass to anyone else, but you can transfer them to another user using the Active MyEvents Account. Transfers between April 1st and April 26th will have an administration fee of $25.
