Coach Dan Caskie is a medical professional, tech-loving triathlon coach, and full-time encourager of finish-line dreams. As the Director of Growth Programs for TriDot and RunDot, he helps athletes train smarter, coaches grow stronger, and communities come to life. Dan is a dedicated endurance athlete himself, but these days, he’s often traveling to support athletes at their races, like Wildflower, where he’ll be talking about how tools like RaceX take the guesswork out of race day pacing. With a background in science and medicine and a passion for coaching the whole person, Dan’s all about helping athletes feel strong, seen, and supported. “As a medical professional, teacher, nerd, and coach,” Dan says, “I’m here to help you crush a finish line you’ll love—on a journey that fulfills and supports you.”
With over 24 years of experience in triathlon, Ryan Tibball is a seasoned endurance athlete and TriDot Coach with a deep understanding of the sport’s physical and mental demands. A former competitive soccer player with a 29-year career, Ryan transitioned to triathlon following a career-ending knee injury—quickly finding a new passion and purpose. Since then, he has completed two full IRONMAN races, numerous Half IRONMAN events, and over 50 half marathons, including a finish at the prestigious IRONMAN 70.3 World Championship. As a Respiratory Therapist and a coach who emphasizes strength and mobility, Ryan brings a unique blend of clinical expertise and athletic insight to his coaching. He credits TriDot’s structured, data-driven training system for helping him recover, improve, and consistently perform at a higher level year after year. “Coaching fellow athletes is priceless to me,” Ryan says. “I absolutely enjoy seeing others achieve their goals and set new ones season after season.”

With a background in competitive sports and a B.S. in Applied and Computational Mathematics from USC, she turned to triathlon to manage her chronic illness and found a lifelong passion. Her coaching philosophy emphasizes holistic health, inclusivity, and helping athletes unlock their full potential. “By being publicly open about her story to spread awareness, motivate, and help others cope with their chronic illnesses, Coach Jasmine hopes to show other athletes that anything is possible despite what obstacles stand in the way”, said South Bay Squad about Jasmine Moezzi.
Dorette Franks, MS RD, is a clinical sports dietitian and endurance coach with over two decades of experience guiding athletes toward their performance goals. As the founder of Nutrition pH and co-founder of Trifiniti Endurance, she combines her expertise in nutrition and coaching to support athletes across various disciplines.
