Wildflower has shaped so many chapters of my endurance life, from early racing years to now, and it remains one of the most iconic weekends on the calendar! With more than 30 years in endurance sport and over two decades coaching, I help women, especially those in peri and post-menopause, train with purpose, confidence, and resilience. I’m competitive by nature, and I believe consistent, intentional training is how you stay in this sport well into your 50s, 60s, and beyond (if you want to!). As co-founder of FLY Health + Wellness, I guide athletes to build durability, strength, and nutrition habits that support the demands of both training and life. Hopefully, I’ll see you out there this year tackling the heat, the hills, and the full camping experience!
