Today, Deb is the owner of Elevate Multisport and Elevate Women 4 Tri. She is a Certified Paratriathlon Coach — the only Para Coach in Los Angeles and one of only a handful in the nation — and a Certified Level 1 & 2 Coach. For Deb, it’s all about camaraderie and community. She specializes in coaching women, physically challenged and visually impaired athletes, and beginners of all ages. With every training program she implements and athletes she coaches, Deb brings the same bubbly enthusiasm for the sport that she found when she first began.
