I’m a long time runner turned triathlete in 1993. As a Cal Poly grad, Wildflower has always been a big draw. As a USAT Level II coach, I’ve got a number of athletes excited to try the Wildflower course for their first time. As a longtime Central Coast resident, Lake San Antonio is right in my backyard and one of my regular training grounds. I can not only help you with your race, but help provide local insight into the event and everything around it.
